A new lakefront restaurant that showcases garden-fresh foods and seasonal Florida ingredients has opened at Disney Springs.
Summer House on the Lake celebrated its grand opening at 1498 E Buena Vista Drive, joining a growing slate of restaurants at the popular shopping and dining complex.

The restaurant boasts multiple menus with a wide variety of dining options. The main menu features starters like edamame, deviled eggs, and jalapeño corn bread. Main dishes include tacos, pastas, pizzas, and a collection of “Southern Comfort” dishes like corn husk salmon and a grouper fish ‘n’ chips.
On weekends, the restaurant offers a special brunch menu with a variety of Cali-Mex breakfast options, eggs, waffles, pancakes, and specialty cocktails, among other items.
In addition to its savory options, Summer House on the Lake also serves freshly baked cookies, brownies and other sweet treats from an in-house bakery.
The location at Disney Springs joins three others across the United States in Chicago, Illinois, North Bethesda, Maryland, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
