Josephine Hale of Maitland, Florida passed away on December 15, 2023 at the age of 79. She was born on December 6, 1944 in Kerrville, Texas. As a military child, she grew up in many different cities all over the United States. She worked as a customer service representative for UPS.
Jo met the love of her life, Fred Hale, and they spent the next 63 years together – and were married for 61½ years! Together they explored all life had to offer and enjoyed growing and learning together every day. Jo’s passion in life was spending time with her wonderful husband, and the family they created together. She also loved to dedicate her time and energy tending to her beautiful African Violets.
Jo is survived by her husband Fred Hale; their two sons Fred Jr. (Alison) and Mark (Meradith); her 3 grandchildren; and her 2 great-grandchildren (plus there’s another one on the way).
