A second individual has died from injuries sustained during a fatal shooting on in west Orange County on Christmas Eve.
Torrance Jermaine Stover, Jr., 21, succumbed to his injuries just hours after he was injured during a fatal shooting that took place at around 2:23 a.m. on Sunday, December 24 in the 2800 block of Sudman Way.
Stover was among five individuals who were shot during the incident. One other victim, 25-year-old Stephanie Diane Cortes, was identified by authorities earlier on Tuesday.
The other three individuals, who were all male, were transported to a local hospital in various conditions.
The sheriff’s office believes the shooting was targeted and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
