Over 1 year since woman vacationed in Orlando, never returned to Dominican Republic

Orlando police and family of Runy Leidy Medina Pacheco are asking the public for any information surrounding her disappearance.

Pacheco last spoke with family on December 25, 2022. She had traveled from her home in the Dominican Republic to Orlando in October for an extended vacation.

Her family has not heard from or made contact with Pacheco since that time.

Last May, Pacheco’s family became more concerned after they didn’t hear from her on her 42nd birthday.

The Orlando Police Department says that Pacheco’s last known location was the Cadence Crossing Apartments located at 6203 Curry Ford Road in Orlando.

Pacheco stands 5’5″ tall, weighs 150 pounds, has blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black t-shirt.

Anyone with information about Pacheco’s disappearance or her whereabouts is asked to contact the Central Florida Crimeline at 800-423-8477. Information, even if given anonymously, may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $5,000.
