A senior prom with a 1950’s theme for residents of the active 55+ community will return to Winter Park next month.
The senior prom will take place on Tuesday, February 20, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Winter Park Community Center (721 W. New England Ave.).
Guests will be transported back in time to the “nifty 50s” with a sock hop diner-themed prom.
Special activities will include a vintage photo booth, themed décor, live music, and an evening filled with dinner, dancing, drinks, and dessert. Alcohol will also be served at the event.
Tickets must be purchased by Thursday, February 1, at the Winter Park Community Center, located at 721 W. New England Avenue. Tickets are $20 each.
