An Orlando man was arrested on Sunday in connection with the murder of two individuals who were found dead in a local home.
Jose Rafael Cantarero, 29, was arrested on Sunday, January 28, on two counts of first degree murder with a weapon.
Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 1000 block of Tucker Avenue at about 10 p.m. on Saturday, January 27, in reference to a death investigation.
Upon arrival, two individuals were located dead in the home. Both men had obvious signs of trauma, according to authorities.
During their investigation, deputies identified Cantarero as the suspect in the case. Cantarero returned to the scene a short time after the incident and was arrested.
Cantarero is facing two counts of first degree murder with a weapon. He is currently being held at the Orange County Jail on no bond, according to court records.
