A 36-year-old Orlando man who sold hundreds of grams of methamphetamine to undercover agents of the Drug Enforcement Administration is facing up to life in prison.
Kyle Jay Hunter Baronville pled guilty to charges of distribution and possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Baronville faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 10 years, and up to life, in federal prison.
According to a plea agreement, a confidential source working with the DEA conducted two controlled purchases of methamphetamine from Baronville in Orange County.
During the first controlled purchase, Baronville sold approximately 357.3 grams of 100% pure methamphetamine to the undercover agent.
During the second purchase, Baronville sold 892.5 grams of 100% pure methamphetamine to the agent.
A sentencing date has not yet been set in the case, according to court records.
