Luis Angel Gomez Montanez age 89, a resident of Kissimmee, Florida passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Luis was born October 9, 1934 in Gurabo, Puerto Rico, to Gregorio Gomez and Amparo Montanez.
Luis was a devoted Family man and a New York Yankees baseball fan for over 40 years.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Gomez of Kissimmee, FL, Sons, Angel Gomez, Raymond Gomez, George Gomez, Alex Melendez; Daughters, Amparo Colon, Aracelis Gomez, Jacqueline Gomez; Brothers, Gregorio (Junior), Humberto, Victor, Guiso; Sisters, Virginia, Jenny, Analuisa, Tita, 19 Grandchildren and 32 Great Grandchildren.
The Family will receive friends on Saturday, February 3, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Conrad and Thompson Funeral Home. Celebration of Life Service will be at 6:00 p.m. at Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad and Thompson Funeral Home.
