On January 21, 2024, the world lost a great chef with a heart of gold.
Walter Ronaldo Ruano Jr. was born on April 30, 1982, in Brooklyn, NY. From a young age, his love for sports was perceptible as he would spend most of his time reading the sports section on newspapers learning as many sports players as he could. When he was in high school, he was on the football team. He always played basketball and enjoyed going to baseball games.
Walter worked as a chef in different restaurants in New York and had dreams of opening his own one day. His family will remember him as a loving and affectionate young man with the most beautiful and kind heart.
He is survived by his brother, Christopher Ruano, parents, Walter Ronaldo Ruano, Sr. and Marilyn Ruano.
