Dolphus Nedrea Brown

Dolphus N. Brown of Kissimmee, Florida passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at home with his family by his side. Dolphus was born in West Bay, Florida the son of Lester and Addie Brown, he moved to Kissimmee, Florida in 1960 from Holmes County, Florida.

Dolphus was a retired District Manager for Osceola County. He was a member of the Red Hill United Methodist Church and attended the First United Methodist Church of Kissimmee. He was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion and was a Veteran of the United States Army serving his country with Honor and Distinction during the Korean Conflict.

Dolphus is survived by his son: Michael E. Brown of Kissimmee, Florida; his sisters Dolly and Onita; his son-in-law: Rhys Bibeau; his two grandchildren: Colin Brown and Alex Bibeau. Dolphus was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years: Dorothy Jean Brown and his daughter, LaMonda Bibeau.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Conrad and Thompson Funeral Home.

A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at the Red Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery in Bonifay, Florida with Reverend Roger Whitaker officiating.
