A pedestrian was killed after she was struck by a vehicle while crossing an Orlando roadway on Wednesday night.
The fatal accident took place at around 7:02 p.m. on February 21, near the intersection of Conway Gardens Road and Anderson Road.
According to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol, the pedestrian, who has only been identified as a woman, was walking southbound on Conway Gardens Road, just south of Anderson Road.
The woman was not in a marked crosswalk, according to FHP.
While she was walking, the woman was struck by a 2013 Infiniti G37 that was traveling southbound on Conway Gardens Road.
After the impact, the woman was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the vehicle, a 34-year-old woman from Orlando, was not injured in the accident.
