Man shot and killed at Orlando pool hall

Orlando police are investigating a fatal shooting at a local pool hall that left one man dead on Saturday evening.

At around 8:05 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, a 911 caller reported that a victim had been shot at Chill Game Room located at 3918 Columbia Street, according to the Orlando Police Department.

Upon arrival at the incident location, OPD officers located a male victim who had sustained a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

The victim has been identified as 35-year-old Jeremy J. Powell.

No further details were provided by Orlando police as the homicide investigation is ongoing.
