Jaritza Rivera

Jaritza Rivera, daughter of Francisco Rivera, Marilyn and Ramon Medina. She was born in the Bronx, New York, on February 7, 1990, where she resided until the age of 13.

In 2003, she moved to Orlando, FL, where she later met Christian Delgado. Sister of Francisco, Darien, Abraham, Ashley, Angie, Frank, and Raymond. She had a passion for drawing, poetry, music, a love for animals and would often be referred to as a humanitarian. She loved spending her time crafting, cooking, and enjoying family time. She was brave, adventurous, and caring, always willing to lend a helping hand.

She shared a close bond with her siblings, parents, and everyone whose lives she touched. Jaritza enjoyed trying foods from around the world and would often learn to even make them herself. Her favorite of all time was Taco Bell and no matter how often we went each time she would spend a few minutes looking over the menu to order the same things every time.

She graduated from Pennfoster High School then furthered her studies at the Pennforest Universsity where she pursued an associate degree in veterinary assistant. What was described as one of the happiest days of her life, when Jaritza got married to Christian Delgago on October 10, 2021, where she moved to Clearwater, FL, with her husband and shortly after became a loving, devoted, and dedicated mother to her son, Niklaus Delgado. Jaritza spent her final days at the Clearwater Mease Countryside Hospital.

On February 2024, we departed from the earthly Jaritza we knew, but she will forever be in our hearts as we continue to keep her memory alive.
