Kathleen Klein-Pierce

Mrs. Kathleen Klein-Pierce died peacefully on March 2nd, 2024, in Winter Springs, Florida at the age of 84.

Kathleen is survived by her husband John “Jerry” Pierce, her brothers Filmore Columbe, David Columbe (Donna Columbe), her son Kevin Klein (Tracy Klein), her granddaughter Nicole Klein, her stepchildren John Pierce (Nicole Pierce), Kathy Cooke (Jeff Cooke), Mike Pierce (Shannon Pierce), Nancy Pierce and many nieces and nephews.

Kathy was born on March 29th, 1939, in Plattsburgh, New York, to Warren and Catherine Columbe. Kathy moved to central Florida in 1964 where she worked at the Orlando Naval Training Center until her retirement in 1994.
Kathy spent her retirement traveling, skiing, spending time with her granddaughter and working in her yard.

A funeral is scheduled for March 11, at 1:30 p.m. located at Annunciation Catholic Church in Longwood, Florida, burial at Queen of Angels Cemetery then a reception to follow. Father Steve Baumen will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Kathleen’s life.
