Nicki Minaj coming to Orlando this week

Nicki Minaj is bringing her Pink Friday 2 World Tour to Orlando on Friday, March 22.

The rapper and singer’s upcoming concert will be held at the Kia Center, which is located at 400 W Church Street. The event will start at 8 p.m., with doors opening at 7 p.m.

Minaj is often referred to as the “Queen of Rap” and is known for her musical versatility, animated rap flow, alter egos, and influence in pop music. She has released five albums, including Pink Friday, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, The Pinkprint, Queen, and Pink Friday 2.

Minaj has topped the charts with several hit singles, including “Super Bass,” “Starships,” “Anaconda,” “Chun-Li,” and “Super Freaky Girl,” to name a few.

The music video for “Anaconda” was the first for any solo female rapper to reach one billion views on YouTube. In addition, 23 of Minaj’s singles have reached the top 10 in the U.S., which is the most for any female rapper.

Minaj has won eight American Music Awards, five MTV Video Music Awards including the 2022 Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, 12 BET Awards, four Billboard Music Awards, a Brit Award, three Guinness World Records, and has been nominated for a dozen Grammy Awards.
