Stella Cannella

Stella Cannella passed away on Saturday, March 16th, 2024. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

She was born to the late Jorge Lamus and Cecilia Pardo de Lamus in Bogotá, Colombia. She was a woman of God, and devoted her life to the word of Christ. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, listening to christian music and going to the beach. She was a woman of valor, filled with virtue and lived life to the fullest. Her presence filled any room with joy. Her smile and laughter were contagious. She loved and was loved.

Anyone who knew her, knew that she had a light inside of her that was bright, regardless of sickness or health, she was radiant. Although, she has transitioned to be with our heavenly Father, one day we will all be reunited. Until then she will hold a special place in our hearts, and will forever be remembered. “Lalita” will be deeply missed, and is survived by her husband, Eduardo; daughter, Marcela; grandchildren, Andres & Anais; and extended family.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2 p.m. on March 23, 2024 at Porta Coeli Funeral Home; 2801 E. Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34743.
