We regretfully announce the unexpected death of Jason Louis Marks of Maitland, FL, who passed away last Monday, March 18, 2024 at the age of 49.
The family is resting in the knowledge that Jason is now in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Jason lived a rich, vibrant, joyful life, cramming 90+ years of life into 49 years. He led with a smile that lit up the lives and hearts of every person he touched. Always the life of the party, Jason was ready at a moment`s notice to show up with unique themed décor, beads, specialty glasses, and lights that transformed an ordinary event into something extraordinary…just like he was!
Jason was a positive light, always radiating kindness, thoughtfulness and sacrificial love to anyone who crossed his path. He loved his family wholeheartedly, treasured his friends deeply, and looked for ways to make even strangers feel special. Jason was born on April 28,1974 in Winter Park, FL.
He graduated from The Master’s Academy in 1992. Upon graduation, he began his career in catering. Nothing could have suited him better than a job that encompassed all of his favorite things – exquisite food, beautiful décor, and people celebrating and enjoying life.
Jason is survived by his parents, Richard and Ruby Marks of Maitland, his sister, Rachel Marks of Oviedo, his fur baby and light of his life, Rocky, and many friends who were family in his heart.
