Carl Thomas Winter, age 86, of Sanford, Florida passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
He is preceded in death by his parents, David Samuel Winter and Jennie V. Winter.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara I. Winter, son, David Lee (Cheryl) Winter, grandchildren, Clayton Clifton Winter and Madison Winter (Taylor) Sneed, great-grandchildren, Andie Sneed and Tanner Sneed, niece, Christy (Keith) Roberge, great-niece, Lauren (Mitchell) Rouse and her daughter Grace, and brother-in-law, Fritz Neumann.
Private services will be held by the family.
