Altamonte Springs police looking for missing 60-year-old man

Update: The Altamonte Springs Police Department stated that Mark Lipko has been located and is safe.

The Altamonte Springs Police Department is asking the public for help to locate a missing and endangered 60-year-old man.

On Monday, May 6, ASPD officers responded to the Crescent Place Condominiums located off Grand Regency Pointe in Altamonte Springs in reference to a missing man named Mark Lipko.

According to ASPD, Lipko’s wife reported that she last saw him on Monday afternoon, at around 1:30 p.m.

“Mark has a diminished mental capacity, and his wife is worried about his well-being,” stated Altamonte Springs police in a social media post.

Lipko stands 5’10” tall, weighs 230 pounds, and he is bald and has green eyes. When he was last seen, he was wearing a black T-shirt with an orange stripe, black shorts, white tennis shoes, and a black hat.

The police department stated that Lipko left in his red 2020 Dodge Ram pickup truck with the following Florida license plate number: IXS-G56. Officers believe that Lipko may be heading towards the Cocoa Beach area.
