Orlando Mayor’s Job Fair returning to Central Florida Fairgrounds

The Orlando Mayor’s Job Fair will return to the Central Florida Fairgrounds next week, and nearly 100 local employers will be seeking candidates to fill numerous positions.

Hosted by the Central Florida Employment Council, the 28th annual installment of the Orlando Mayor’s Job Fair will be held on Wednesday, May 22, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Central Florida Fairgrounds Expo Building, which is located at 4603 W Colonial Drive in Orlando.

During the four-hour job fair, employers operating in the Central Florida region will look to fill thousands of openings. Those companies include: CareerSource Central Florida, Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, Early Learning Coalition of Orange County, Florida Department of Corrections, Florida Department of Health, Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, Marriott Vacations Worldwide Contact Center, Orange County Fire Rescue, Orange County Public Schools, Orlando Police Department, Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Papa Johns, Rosen Hotels & Resorts, U.S. Army Recruiting, U.S. Coast Guard, Universal Orlando Resort, Walt Disney World, YMCA of Central Florida, and many more.

In addition, the event will provide employment resources to assist those in attendance.

The job fair is free to attend, and registration is available online.

Job seekers should dress professionally and bring copies of their resumes. Positions are available for all levels of experience, and attendees should be prepared to network and interview with employers.
