Mercedes Vazquez Robles (1942-2024) Mercedes Vazquez Robles, 81, transitioned to her heavenly home on May 25, 2024, with her family by her side.
Mercedes, born on September 24, 1942, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, was the daughter of Teofilo Vazquez and Flora Robles. Sadly, her parents passed away early in her life, and it was her sister, Gloria, who stepped in to raise her.
Mercedes held Gloria in the highest regard, and their bond was a testament to the strength of family.
Mercedes was preceded in death by her husband, Roman Gonzalez, and her parents, Teofilo Vazquez and Flora Robles.
She is survived by her three sons, Roman Jr. (Patricia), Angel (Rebecca), and Edwin (Claudia); six grandchildren, Lisette, Shayleen, Daniel, Nicholas, Isabella, and Marc; one great-grandchild, Victoria; and two sisters, Gloria and Carmen, all who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.
The celebration of Mercedes’s life will be held at Funeraria San Juan, 3189 S John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746, on June 08, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
