Jacki Elmore

Jacqueline Elmore, 59, passed away on Monday, May 27th 2024.

Jacki was born August 11th, 1964, in Winter Garden, FL, and would go on to grow up in the small town of Ocoee, FL. She was the daughter to Mary Lou Worthy and the late James Merrill Elmore and step-daughter to the late Frank Turner for which Frank W. Turner Park in Ocoee, FL is named.

Jacki was a proud and dedicated mother and grandmother, a loving friend, and a warm hug. She had an infectious laugh and would light up any room she walked into. She loved her friends and co-workers dearly, the beach, animals, and to dance and sing to Bon Jovi. She was always proud of her children and grandchildren and was very present in their daily lives and activities, from being a coach for her daughter’s cheer team to being hands on with her son’s pop-warner football to never missing a school play, sporting event, birthday or holiday party with her grandchildren. She loved to cook for a crowd, could not resist the urge to pet every dog or cat she came into contact with and in true Jacki-fashion, never showed up to someone’s home empty handed.

Jacki is survived by her mother and three children, Justin, Logan and Ali. As well as her seven grandchildren, Lilly (17), Lyla (13), Aubree (13), Callen (10), Mason (8), Tegan (6) and Blake (9 months), her son-in-law (Zack), daughters-in-law (Katey and Ashley), and her fur babies, Jovi and Marty.

The family is taking time to mourn the loss of such a huge part of their hearts and arrangements for a Celebration of Life will follow in the weeks to come.

Jacki, “Momma J”, “Gigi”, was greatly loved by everyone that had the privilege of being a part of her beautiful life and will be missed immensely. “Love you more…”
