Anthony Casano, 98 of Lake Mary, Florida passed away on August 12, 2023 at the home of his daughter, with family by his side.
Born in Brooklyn, NY on December 17, 1924, Mr. Casano was the son of the late Joseph and Jenny Casano. Anthony served in the Navy as a gunner mate in World War II. He worked for Otis Elevator for over 30 years, and Grammer Dempsey and Hudson. Tony grew up in Newark, NJ and then resided in Fords, NJ before moving to Lake Mary, FL.
He was the husband of 57 years to the late Alice Casano, devoted father of Kathleen Sarno and her partner Charles Sexton of Lake Mary, FL. Barbara Ann Lee and husband Cory of Fords, NJ and Anthony Casano Jr. and his late wife Debra of Fords, NJ.
Beloved grandfather of Nicole Sadusk and her partner Adrian Bustos, Toni Sarno and fiancé Billy Stephano, Cory Lee Jr, Brittany Lee and fiancé Giovane Suarez, Christina McQueeney and husband Michael, Alexandria and Anthony (A.J.) Casano III.
Great Grandfather of Blake and Brooke Sadusk and her fiancé Spencer Taliaferro, Elyssa Stephano, Michael (M.J.) McQueeney Jr. and Ethan Suarez.
Anthony was the brother of Frank Casano and the late Gasper and James Casano, and his late sister Mary Montelone.
