Carlos Rios passed into his eternal rest on August 11, 2024 in Orlando, Florida at the age of 75. Carlos was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico on February 5, 1949 from parents Isabelino Rios y Virginia Ayala.
Carlos was a parishioner and usher at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. Carlos was a veteran of The United States Army.
Carlos leaves to cherish the memories of his life, wife, Evelyn Casilda Negron; sons, Carlos Manuel Rios and Nicholas Rios; brothers, Papón Rios, Roberto Rios and Tony Rios; sisters, Isabel Cruz, Virginia Rios and Ramona Rios; granson, Carlos Antonio Rios; as well as extended family and friends that will miss him dearly.
Carlos is preceded in death by his parents; Isabelino Rios y Virginia Ayala; brother, Angel Rios.
