A 23-year-old Orlando man has been arrested and charged with drug trafficking after hundreds of grams of cocaine, along with firearms and other drugs, were allegedly found in his home.
In a social media post on Tuesday, August 27, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office stated that deputies recently searched a home belonging to a suspected drug dealer, identified as Mario Donta Lockhart.
During the search of Lockhart’s home, law enforcement allegedly seized more than 500 grams of cocaine, six guns, an unspecified amount of cannabis, and nearly $4,000 in cash.
According to OCSO, at least two of the recovered firearms were stolen, including one that had been taken from a vehicle.
On Friday, August 23, Lockhart was arrested and transported to Orange County Jail, where he is currently being held on a $75,000 bond. He is being charged with trafficking in cocaine (more than 400 grams) and possession of cannabis with intent to sell/deliver.
A court date has not been scheduled yet, according to jail records.
