Phyllis Goddeau

Phyllis Goddeau, a much-loved mother and grandmother passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at the age of 90.

Born in 1933 in Denver Colorado, she is the last of the Hale sisters to join her parents in heaven. She is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years Bob Goddeau.

Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, and she was blessed with 6 children, 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She loved all kinds of music and loved to dance; known in her community as the “dancing queen”. Her family loved her sense of humor, quick wit and infectious laugh. She was never one to turn down a cold beer and slice of pizza.

She was a serious Mexican train player in her younger years usually starting a game with “I don’t really remember how to play” before taking us all to the cleaners.
