Man injured in shooting at Pine Hills condo complex

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident in Pine Hills that sent one person to the hospital on Monday evening.

According to OCSO, deputies responded to the Oak Shadows Condominiums located in the 2800 block of N Powers Drive, near the intersection of Silver Star Road, at around 7:30 p.m. on Monday, September 2, in reference to shots being fired.

When the deputies arrived on scene, they found a man in his 30s who had sustained a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

No further details were provided by OCSO regarding the shooting incident or any possible suspect(s).

An investigation into the shooting incident remains active and ongoing, according to the sheriff’s office.
