Apartment clubhouse catches fire in Orlando

Orlando firefighters responded to a local apartment complex on Saturday after a fire ignited inside a clubhouse.

According to the Orlando Fire Department, firefighters were heading to a different call when they spotted smoke rising from the clubhouse at West Wind apartments, which is located in the 5100 block of Eastwinds Drive.

Upon arrival at the clubhouse, OFD crews observed flames on the roof. With the help of two tower trucks, firefighters quickly blasted the roof with water and extinguished the flames.

There were no injuries reported.

No further details were provided by the Orlando Fire Department regarding the cause of the fire.
