Thomas Vincent Rapisarda

Thomas Rapisarda passed away on September 16 2024.

He was born in 1940 in New York City and moved to Queens New York with his parents, Florence and Anthony, and brother, Tony.

At 17, Tom joined the U S Navy and served for 20 years. He was a proud patriot and loved his country.

He Married in 1962 and had three children. In 1979 he moved to Casselberry, FL with his family. He worked as a stationary engineer at Florida Hospital (Advent Health) and retired after 20 years.

Tom is survived by his wife Maryann, Son Steven and wife Tiffany, daughter Michele and Husband Harry and Son Christopher and three grandsons Thomas, Zachary and Tyler.

His family was his pride and joy and loved traveling with them especially going to national parks. His happy place was Hawaii.

Tom was devoted to his family and friends and will truly be missed.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Tom on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 with visitation time from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and service starting at 6 p.m., all at Newcomers Funeral Home, 3806 Howell Branch Road Winter Park, 32792.

Graveside committal will be on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 2pm at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims, FL.
