The Orlando Police Department is asking the public for help to locate a missing and endangered 21-year-old man who was last seen at the Orlando International Airport on Monday.
Staffano Stubbs was last seen on Monday, September 30, near the Spirit Airlines baggage claim area inside the Orlando International Airport. He then left the area on foot, according to OPD.
When Stubbs was last seen, he was wearing a gray hoodie, black jacket, black pants, and white Nike sneakers.
The police department states that Stubbs has delayed communication abilities.
