A man has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder for his alleged involvement in the death of a 29-year-old woman in Orlando.

On Friday, October 31, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office announced that Howard Binns, 34, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of Trishana Voneen Tully.

According to OCSO, deputies responded to the 1300 block of Montego Cove Way in Orlando at around 7 p.m. on Monday, October 28. Upon arrival, they located a woman, Tully, who had “obvious signs of trauma.”

Tully was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The sheriff’s office launched a homicide investigation, which eventually led detectives to identifying Binns as a suspect in this case.

No further details were provided by OCSO.

Following his arrest, Binns was transported to Orange County Jail, where he is currently being held without bond. He is being charged with second-degree murder with a firearm.
