Jeanne was born in upstate, NY on November 22, 1934 to Alvin & Hazel Beal.
She was the oldest of 3 children, sister to Marilyn (Don) Schaus of Montgomery, AL and Robert “Bob” (Dianne) Beal of Apopka, FL.
Jeanne graduated from Boone High School in its first graduating class of 1953. Jeanne fell in love with and married a young marine who later retired from the Orlando Police department as Detective Harold J. “Buddy” Munson that she had crushed on since she was 14 years old. They were married for 59 years before Buddy passed away on 10/21/14. Together Jeanne & Buddy had 2 proud and successful sons, retired 30 year Orlando Utilities Commission Operations Technician, William J. “Bill” (Alyse) Munson of Ellijay, GA and owner operator Of Gary Munson Heating & Air, Gary E. (Debbie) Munson of Orlando, FL.
From those 2 sons, Jeanne became the loving grandmother to 6 handsome grandsons, Allan J. “AJ” (Danielle) of Orlando, FL, Michael J. (Fennec) of Stone Mtn, GA, Alex T. (Jamie) of Orlando, FL & Mark W. Munson, of Orlando, FL, Chad M. (Brianna) of Dawsonville, GA & Kory W. Netzer of Loudon, NH. And from these grandsons, Jeanne was blessed with 19 great grandchildren, Rylan, Charlee, Sutton & Blaire Munson, Mason, Kaitlyn, Kodi, Jaxon, Kash, Scout & Atticus Netzer, Kaylee Lane, Cayden & Aysah Vlastelic, Kalen & Parker Gleason, Amelie Cunningham, Noah & Fiona Tague.
Jeanne loved her family gatherings and especially holidays when everyone was home. She was a wonderful hostess and always wanted everything perfect. Jeanne was a highly accomplished & respected Executive in the Insurance industry, specifically Workers Compensation Claims Administration for over 20 years having worked at R.P Hewitt, United Self Insured Svcs. and finally, GAB Robins Ins. Co. after which she retired at the age of 60.
Jeanne was a member of the founding families & was the oldest living member & elder of the Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church in Orlando. She was a devoted child of God her entire life, and on October 26, 2024, she went to be with her lord in Gods Heavenly Kingdom. She was very loved by her family and will be greatly missed.
