Patricia “Trish” Gail Moore
September 19, 1954 – December 24, 2024

Beloved mother, grandmother, wife, and friend Patricia Moore passed away on Christmas Eve, December 24th, 2024 in Longwood, Florida, surrounded by friends and family.

Trish was born in Saginaw, Michigan September 19, 1954. After moving to Florida in the 1980s, Trish met her husband Paul at the tennis court and they married and settled in Lake Mary, Florida, where they raised their sons, Matthew and Joseph.

Trish was treasured for her lively friendship and company, and was always the life of the party or get-together. There is nothing she cherished more than spending time with friends and family, and she took great pride in remembering small details of her companions, as well as helping to enrich the lives of anyone she came in contact with through acts of service or small tokens of appreciation. The highlight of her life was looking towards large family gatherings.

Trish was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother, and took great pride in helping to assist and curate the lives of her immediate family, including spending time with her cherished granddaughter and husband. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and serving others and her surrounding community.

Trish is survived by her husband Paul and sons Matt (Natalia), Joey (Wildeliz), and granddaughter Bella, as well as siblings Marilyn Wolf of Clearwater, Florida, Andrea (Bill) Kempf of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Al Wazny of Saginaw, Michigan, William (Joyce) Wazny of Phoenix, Arizona, JoAnn (George) Herzog of Orlando, Florida, Julie (Rob) Berton of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Jim (Susan) Wazny of Chuluota, Florida, as well as several nephews and nieces.

She is preceded into heaven by her loving siblings Barbara Birney and Dorothy Michalski, as well as her mother and father, Elsie and Andrew Wazny of Saginaw, Michigan.

Patricia’s life will be remembered and honored at a ceremony at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Lake Mary, Florida on January 11th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by a graveside committal ceremony at 1:00 p.m.

Her final resting place will be the Historic Lake Mary Cemetery.
