Elene, Mama to her kids and Teta to her grandkids and all their friends, was a kind and loving person. She dedicated her life to nurturing her family.
She was known for her great cooking and kept two freezers full of her creations which she shared with family and visitors. Along with her great cooking, Elene was a compassionate woman who would always take the time to help anyone who needed it. Whether it would be fixing a meal or just talking to them. She loved traveling and going on Cruises with her Family. She also had a green thumb and loved working out in her garden, growing flowers, vegetables or fruits.
Elene is preceded in death by her son Nadeem and her husband Hanna. She is survived by daughters Nadia (Talal) and Jane (Russell), and by son Saba (Waynette); seven grandchildren, Michael, Mary, Jonathan, Eric, Chris, Matthew, and Nicholas; and 3 great grandchildren.
She will be greatly missed by all her family.
A visitation for Elene will be held Friday, January 10, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
