It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, Dung Nguyen, who left us too soon on February 26, 2025.

Dung faced life’s most significant challenges with remarkable strength and unwavering courage. He was the only survivor of a devastating car accident that took a life of 4 people, including his wife, Phuong Nguyen; his wife’s aunt, Tham Nguyen; his wife’s uncle, Bang Nguyen, and his youngest in-law brother, Quyen Nguyen on May 24, 2024, in Urbana, IL, and later bravely battled a tumor with the same resilience and grace that defined his life.

Dung was not just a wonderful brother, he was a devoted husband, a filial son, and a beloved uncle. He embraced his role as a protector and mentor, always guiding and supporting his younger siblings with wisdom and unconditional love. His kindness, generosity, and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who knew him.

Beyond his dedication to family, Dung was a brilliant engineer and an exceptional teammate. His passion for work, sharp intellect, and ability to uplift those around him truly made him one of a kind. Colleagues and friends admired his commitment, generosity, and the significant contributions he made to his field and community.

Despite his challenges, Dung remained a beacon of love and light. His strength was inspiring, his laughter brought comfort, and his passion for helping others was immeasurable. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.

Dung leaves behind his lovely and devoted father, Chan Nguyen; his younger brother, Minh Nguyen, and sister-in-law, Elizabeth Nguyen; his youngest sister, Kim Chi Nguyen, and brother-in-law, Long Do; as well as his cherished niece, Van-Anh Nguyen McCormick, and three beloved nephews, Dang-Khoa Nguyen, Khoi Nguyen Do, and Dang Quang Do. As we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the beautiful life he lived and the countless cherished memories he leaves behind.

A service to honor and remember Dung’s life will be held at 910 W Michigan St, Orlando, FL, on March 7, 2025. The prayer will begin at 10 a.m. We invite family and friends to gather, share memories, and pay tribute to a remarkable man whose presence brought joy and meaning to many lives.

Rest in peace, dear brother Dung. Your love, brilliance, and kindness will remain in our hearts forever.
