Law enforcement authorities are asking the public for help to locate a missing 68-year-old man who was last seen in Orlando on Monday night.
Wilfrid Valcin has been missing since around 10 p.m. on Monday, March 3. According to the Orlando Police Department, Valcin was last seen in the 1000 block of S Kirkman Road in Orlando.
“(Valcin) has a cognitive condition that may affect his ability to return home,” said OPD in a social media post on Tuesday, March 4.
No further details were provided by police.
