Mary J. Blige is bringing her “For My Fans Tour” to downtown Orlando this weekend.
The Kia Center (400 W Church Street in Orlando) will host the concert on Saturday, April 26. Doors open at 6 p.m., with the concert starting at 7 p.m.
The show was originally scheduled for Friday, April 25. However, due to the Orlando Magic hosting a playoff game against the Boston Celtics on that date, the concert has been moved to this Saturday, April 26.
According to the Kia Center, all tickets for the original date will be honored for the upcoming concert.
Blige is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. Known for her powerful voice and her pioneering influence in R&B and hip hop soul music, Blige rose to fame in the 1990s with her debut album “What’s the 411?,” which blended soulful vocals with hip-hop beats.
Over the years, Blige has released numerous critically acclaimed albums, earning multiple Grammy Awards and becoming an icon in the music industry. Beyond music, she has also ventured into acting and has starred in films like “Mudbound,” earning accolades for her performances.
Blige remains a major cultural figure, as well as a voice for empowerment and healing.
