Glen Robert Steele was born in Logan County West Virginia on May 27, 1934 to the parents of Youngea Steele and Louise (Taylor) Steele.
Glenn loved to share the word of God with others. He was a dedicated loving husband, father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He loved spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren. He married the Love of his life on September 2, 1952 Loreda Ball. They shared 68 wonderful years together. His heart yearned to be reunited with her again. They were Blessed to have two loving boys: Stewart Michael and William Thomas. His loving wife Loreda (Ball) Steele preceded him in death 9-3-2020.
Glenn was also preceded in death by: Baby Brother Monteville Steele; Sisters: Eloise Reinhardt, Betty Faye Williamson, Ann Marie Parsons, Eula Mae Borton and Della Blevins.
He is survived by His Sons: Stewart Michael Steele of Winter Park Fl (Marilyn Steele), William Thomas Steele of Montverde Fl (Loretta Lynn Steele); Grandchildren: Jesse James Steele (Carmela Steele), Nathan Scott Steele, Sarah Marie Steele (Steven Cardwell); Great Grandchildren: Nina Ivana Steele (Jesse), Cameron James Steele (Jesse), Steven Anthony Cardwell, ll (Sarah), Sophia Marie Cardwell (Sarah). He is survived by brothers that will miss him: James Steele, Samuel Steele, Carl Steele and Youngea Steele, Jr.; Sisters that will miss him: Jessie Williamson, Virgie Oshal, Charlotte Lucas, Wanda Watts and Naomi Blankenship.
