Joann Maria Pomeroy passed away on April 25, 2025, in Orlando, Fla., at the age of 90. Born on August 26, 1934, in Lone Tree, Ia.
She is lovingly remembered by her children, John (Karen) Pomeroy and Ann (Ralph) Nenna; her grandchildren, Riv, Buddy, and Jackson; and her sister, Judy. She rejoins her husband, Glen; her parents, Coyt and Velma Westfall; and her siblings, Gerald, Kenneth, Bernard, and Jean, who preceded her in death.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.
