Joyce Aderholt, 85, of Orlando, FL, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025 peacefully at her home with her family by her side.
Born in Morgantown, WV on May 13, 1940, Carlyn made her home in Orlando over 65 years ago.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Jimmy Ray, sons Kelley, Keith and Kevin, sister, Sharon, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and much more family.
Carlyn dedicated her life to her loved ones. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She opened her heart and home to not only her own family, but also to foster children and relatives who needed her support. As the guiding force of the family, Carlyn’s caring nature touched everyone around her. Her vibrant spirit and striking blue eyes made her unforgettable, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her.
Services will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at DeGusipe Funeral Home in Ocoee, Florida.
