A man was arrested in Osceola County after he allegedly exposed himself to a 16-year-old girl at a school bus stop.

On Friday, August 15, Osceola County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a school bus stop located in the 5700 block of W 192 in Kissimmee after receiving reports of “lewd and lascivious behavior,” according to OCSO.

A 16-year-old high school student told investigators that she was getting off her school bus when a black Lexus sedan slowly pulled up next to her. A man inside the vehicle then allegedly “exposed his sexual organs” while asking the victim if she “wanted to make $100.”

OCSO stated that deputies found another teen victim near the incident location who reported a similar encounter with the same man.

Detectives responded to the area and conducted an investigation, which led them to identifying Jose David Gonzalez-Rivera as the suspect in this case.

Gonzalez-Rivera was placed under arrest and booked into Osceola County Jail on Tuesday, August 19. He is being charged with one count of exposure of sexual organs.

In a social media post, OCSO stated that the alleged incident involving Gonzalez-Rivera was “isolated to this location,” referring to the school bus stop on W 192 in Kissimmee. However, detectives believe that Gonzalez-Rivera “may have approached other people in a similar manner.”
