We share with deep sorrow the peaceful passing of Mrs. Rajani Deshpande at age 77. Born in Pune to a family of educators, Rajani was known for her warmth, resilience, and joyful spirit. After marrying Mr. Madhav Deshpande, she settled in Khopoli, where they raised three children and actively participated in cultural activities like dance and drama.
Following her husband’s early passing, she returned to Pune and devoted herself to her family, always offering love and encouragement. Her friendly nature, love of travel, and enduring positivity touched everyone she met — even during her later years of health challenges.
She is survived by:
- son Avadhoot, his wife Shweta, and their daughters Syonaa and Siya
- daughter Ashwini, her husband Parag, and their son Adit
- daughter Arati, her husband Mandar, and their son Abir
