Local authorities are searching for a missing 71-year-old man who was last seen near a Kissimmee motel on Wednesday morning.
Rafael Burgos-Serrano was last seen walking in the area of the Parkway Motel on West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee at around 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday, November 19, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
Burgos-Serrano stands 6’3” tall, weighs around 200 pounds, has brown eyes, and is bald. When he was last seen, he was wearing a navy-blue jacket (no shirt), tan pants, and tan shoes.
