It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Frank Ray Moore, who left us on November 19th. Born on July 11th 1950, Frank Moore was a member of the Palm Bay community since 1986.
Frank was raised in Indialantic and served in the US Army. Frank owned Moore Concrete and proudly poured & finished several hundred driveways throughout Palm Bay. He was known for his hard work, generosity, and the positive impact he had on those around him.
He was a beloved parent, brother, and friend. Frank Moore is survived by his daughter, Keli Flores, twin sister Frances Greiner, and brother Michael Hampton, as well as his 3 grandchildren, Anjolie, Jacey and Isabella. He was preceded in death by his son, Russell Moore. Frank’s legacy lives on in our hearts.
A graveside service will be held on December 10th at Fountainhead Memorial Park 7303 Babcock St. at 2:00 p.m. All who knew and loved him are welcome.
