Update: On Friday evening, the Kissimmee Police Department stated in a media release that Maria Jose Villegas Diaz has been located and is now safe at home.
Local authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman who was last seen in Kissimmee on Friday morning.
According to the Kissimmee Police Department, Maria Jose Villegas Diaz was last seen at around 9:45 a.m. on Friday, December 19, leaving the area of Hidden Cove Place in her vehicle, a white 2024 Toyota RAV4 with Florida tag NWCR22.
KPD stated that Villegas Diaz’s vehicle was last seen near West 192 and the Interstate 4 exchange.
“Officers are diligently working to locate Villegas Diaz, as she may need assistance,” said KPD in a media release on Friday afternoon.
