With deep sorrow and loving remembrance, we announce the passing of Kalifa Abeo Joseph, who departed this life on March 7, 2026, in Orlando, Florida, at the age of 44.

Kalifa was born on June 17, 1981, in Arima, Trinidad & Tobago. Raised with strong family values and a deep sense of faith, Kalifa carried the warmth and spirit of her Caribbean roots throughout her life. Eventually making her home in Orlando, Florida, she built meaningful connections and friendships that reflected her genuine character and caring nature.

A woman of faith, Kalifa identified as a Christian, and her life reflected kindness, humility, and compassion toward others. Those who knew her remember her welcoming personality, her willingness to help others, and the quiet strength she showed through life’s challenges. Kalifa had a way of bringing comfort and encouragement to those around her, and her presence will be deeply missed by family and friends alike.

Kalifa cherished her family deeply and valued the bonds that connected them. Though she was never married, her life was enriched by the love and support of those closest to her.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved mother, Phyllis (Allick) Joseph, and her loving siblings: Kayode Joseph, Quinus Joseph, Lateefah Joseph, Jason Joseph, and Nakosi Joseph. She is also remembered by extended family members, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Each life she touched carries a piece of her memory forward.
