An Orange County woman has been identified as the winner of a scratch-off lottery ticket worth $500,000.
Diana de Lourdes Febres Flores, of Winter Garden, claimed a $500,000 top prize from the $500,000 CASH BLOWOUT! scratch-off game on December 29, 2025, according to the Florida Lottery.
The lucky ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven located at 1171 E Plant Street in Winter Garden.
The $50 game features over 50,000 prizes from $1,000 to $5,000, along with 1.2 million prizes ranging from $200 to $500. In addition, the game has 100 top prizes of $500,000.
As of March 31, 2026, the lottery’s website shows that 61 of the 100 top prizes are remaining. The odds of winning $500,000 in the game are approximately 1-in-264,853.
