Lisa Black, a devoted daughter, wife, mother, aunt, and grandmother, passed away peacefully at home on April 2, 2026 at the age of 61 surrounded by loved ones after a five year battle with cancer.

Lisa was born August 20, 1964 in Rochester, NY, where she met and married the love of her life, Kevin. Their daughter Julie was born in 1988 bringing much joy to both of them. In 1999 she relocated to Palm Harbor, FL with her husband and daughter as part of a corporate relocation for Kevin’s employer. In 2012 she and her husband moved to Orlando, FL to enjoy the area’s many entertainment options. They were inseparable and truly partners in life, enjoying new adventures, especially travelling.

Lisa is a graduate of Nazareth Academy and Monroe Community College. She continued her education completing Human Resources courses at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa. She worked as an admin at Kodak and Xerox, and later in the Human Resources field for several companies including Goodrich Lighting, CNL, Wyndham and Marriott.

Lisa will be missed by so many friends and loved ones. She is predeceased by sister Carolann Riggs (Alan) and nephew Lawrence DiRienzo III (Jessica). She is survived by her father Thomas Niccoli (Eleanore), and her mother Dottie Keegan; beloved husband, Kevin; daughter Julie Anne Cruz (Tony); granddaughter Brooklyn; grandson Antonio; aunt Eileen Bauer; uncle James Keegan; nieces Julie Stevens (Michael), Andrea Taylor (Jon), Samantha Murray, and nephew Brandon Black.

Lisa’s family wishes to thank her wonderful friends for their unwavering companionship and support since her cancer diagnosis.

Services will be held in the Daily Chapel at Holy Family Catholic Church in Windermere, FL on Saturday May 9, 2026 at 11:30 a.m.
