Elizabeth E. Kiely, age 100 of Oviedo, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2026. She was born on March 8, 1926 in British Guiana, daughter of Alfred Wight and Angela Wight (Nunes).
Elizabeth was a dedicated accounting assistant for several years before retiring from the Navy Exchange.

Her greatest joy was spending time with her sons, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her favorite pastimes included crocheting and collecting angels. She was well-known for gifting all her doctors and staff with her homemade rum cakes.

She is survived by her three sons, Curtis (Nancy) Jessee, Pawley Island, SC, Randy (Vicki) Jessee, Winter Springs, FL, Raymond (Kim) Jessee, Oviedo, FL, 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, USN Lt. Commander Richard K. Kiely, her son Rudi W. Jessee and her daughter Debbie Jessee.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 4, at 10:30 a.m. at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Winter Park, FL with a reception to follow.
