Films from independent, locally based directors and filmmakers will screen their works for Orlando residents this weekend.
FilmSlam returns to the Orlando Museum of Art on Sunday, March 13, at 2 p.m. The monthly series features films from artists and creators of all ages from throughout the state of Florida.
This month’s screening will feature seven different films and will last around 60 minutes. After the screening, filmmakers, cast, crew, and visitors will have the opportunity to discuss the films and their contents.
Created in 2005, FilmSlam held screenings at the Enzian Theater until October 2019. Now, the remaining screenings through December will be held at the Orlando Museum of Art, which is located at 2416 N Mills Avenue.
